
John Bonner Arraigned and Pleads Guilty in U.S. Federal Court
The United States Attorney's Office announced that during a federal court session in Billings on September 23, 2010, before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, JOHN BONNER, a 30-year-old resident of Billings, was arraigned and pled guilty to distribution of cocaine. Sentencing is set for December 21, 2010. He is currently released on special conditions.
BONNER faces possible penalties of 20 years in prison, a $1,000,000 fine and 3 years supervised release.
The investigation was conducted by a cooperative effort between the Drug Enforcement Administration, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
