The United States Attorney for the District of Montana announced that on November 30, 2010, in Billings, after a federal district court trial before Senior U.S. District Judge Jack D. Shanstrom, RUBIN C. RUNSABOVE, a 22-year-old resident of Crow Agency, was found not guilty.

RUNSABOVE had been charged with attempted sexual abuse of a minor.
