
Ka�naa Aaliya Zaina Amani Found Not Guilty in U.S. Federal Court

The United States Attorney for the District of Montana announced that on September 27, 2011, in Billings, after a federal district court trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, KA'NAA AALIYA ZAINA AMANI, a 40-year-old resident of Birmingham, Alabama (formerly of Atlanta, Georgia), was found not guilty.
AMANI had been charged with possession and receipt of stolen securities that had been transferred in interstate commerce, uttering and possessing a forged security, and money laundering.
