The United States Attorney for the District of Montana announced that on December 7, 2011, in Great Falls, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, MARTY LONE BEAR, age 53, and DEWAYNE C. SHOOTS, age 37, residents of Poplar, were found not guilty.

LONE BEAR and SHOOTS had been charged with sexual abuse.
