Dustin Neal Saksa found Guilty in U.S. Federal Court

The United States Attorney's Office announced that on December 13, 2011, in Billings, after a federal district court trial before Senior U.S. District Judge Jack D. Shanstrom, DUSTIN NEAL SAKSA, a 28-year-old resident of Billings, was found guilty of possession of a sawed-off shotgun. Sentencing is set for March 14, 2012.
Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Ed Zink prosecuted the case for the United States.
SAKSA faces possible penalties of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and 3 years supervised release.
The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office, the Billings Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
