“We are gratified by the Court’s recent action upholding the Monitor’s decision concerning Westchester County’s failure to meet its obligations under this important consent decree, in which the County agreed to fulfill the commitments it had made to affirmatively further fair housing.  We expect the County to comply fully with all of its obligations under the consent decree, and we stand ready to act as appropriate to enforce the County’s obligations if necessary.”
