Jose Luis Andrade Jimenez, a/k/a “Louise Adrudrl,” a/k/a “Jose Jiminez,” 32, of Philadelphia, was charged today by indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about November 17, 2011, Andrade Jimenez, an alien and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about November 26, 2008, and December 3, 2008.

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of ten years imprisonment, a three-year term of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.

The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Katayoun M. Copeland.
