
Charged With False Statement In A Passport Application

Shanna Bordner, 32, of Harleysville, Pennsylvania was charged today by Indictment with one count of making a false statement in a United States passport application, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years imprisonment, three years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine.
The case was investigated by the Diplomatic Security Service and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Diviny.
