
bucks county man Charged With illegal possession of explosive
John Grzyminski, 50, of Warrington, PA, was charged today by indictment with illegal possession of an unregistered explosive device, arising out of his possession of three pipe bombs on May 9, 2012, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted of all counts, defendant John Grzyminski faces a maximum statutory penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Judy G. Smith.
