
philadelphia man Charged in identity theft scheme
Richard England Kelso, 37, of Philadelphia, PA was charged today by Information with two counts of use of one or more unauthorized access devices, four counts of aggravated identity theft, and two counts of bank fraud, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
Kelso faces a maximum sentence of 88 years' imprisonment, including a two year mandatory term of imprisonment, a five year period of supervised release, a $3,500,000 fine, and an $800 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the United States Secret Service and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michael S. Lowe.
