west grove, Pennsylvania Resident Charged With Illegal Reentry
Salvador Zavala-Garcia, a/k/a “Salvador Garcia Zavala,” a/k/a “Luis Zavala-Garcia,” a/k/a “Luis Garcia-Zavala,” 52, of West Grove, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about October 15, 2012, Zavala-Garcia, an alien, and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about May 27, 1982, April 12, 1993 and March 27, 1996.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years.
The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and is being prosecuted by Special Assistant United States Attorney Mark T. Sendek.
