
Pair Charged In Armed Carjacking
Tracey Hook, 21, and Charnise Crawford, 19, both of Philadelphia were charged today by Indictment with conspiracy, armed carjacking, and using a firearm to commit a crime of violence, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted of all charges, each defendant faces a maximum possible sentenced of life in prison, with a seven year mandatory minimum, a $750,000 fine, five years to lifetime supervised release, and a $300 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Philadelphia Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joseph LaBar.
