
Charged With Identity Theft And Passport Fraud
Harry Peter Joline, 43, of Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with aggravated identity theft and false statements in a passport application, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years imprisonment, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years imprisonment, a $500,000 fine, three years of supervised release, and a $200 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the United States Department of State Diplomatic Security Services, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Alicia M. Freind.
