Osman Lara-Delcid, 34, of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about December 19, 2011, Lara-Delcid, an alien, and native and citizen of Honduras, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about August 12, 2008.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of ten years .

The case was investigated by Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Laurie Magid.
