Oxford Man Charged With Illegal Reentry
Juan Manuel Ramos-Martinez, a/k/a “Manuel Ramos Y Martinez, a/k/a “Manuel Ramos,” 47, of Oxford, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about June 11, 2012, Ramos-Martinez, an alien, and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about May 2, 1990 and December 4, 2009.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years.
The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joel D. Goldstein.
