
Bristol Man Charged With Immigration Fraud

Ahmad Shah, a/k/a “Fazal Ur Rehman,” 46, of Bristol, PA was charged today by
Indictment with one count of immigration fraud, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years imprisonment, 3 years of supervised release, a $250,000 fine and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Terri A. Marinari.
