
Norristown Man Charged With Possession Of a Firearm By A Convicted Felon
Bernard Washington, 27, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged by Indictment with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years imprisonment, three years of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Laurie Magid.
