Raul Domensain Gonzalez, a/k/a “Raul G. Domensain,” a/k/a “Raul Domenzoin,” 41, of
Coatesville, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment1 with one count of illegal reentry
after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment
alleges that on or about March 5, 2012, Domensain Gonzalez, an alien, and native and citizen of
Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or
about November 14, 2008.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of ten years.

The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is
being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Mary Kay Costello.
