Wilson Donaldo Sanchez, a/k/a “Nenko Lopez-Diaz, 34, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about April 22, 2012, Sanchez, an alien, and native and citizen of Guatemala, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about October 31, 2003 and April 6, 2006.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of ten years.

The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michelle L. Morgan.
