
Philadelphia Man Charged With Bank Robbery

Casey Cunningham, 42, of Philadelphia, was charged today by Indictment with three counts of bank robbery, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted, the defendant faces a possible advisory sentencing guideline range of 87 to 108 months in prison, three years supervised release, a $300 special assessment, and a $750,000 fine.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Diviny.
