Sinking Spring Pennsylvania Man Charged With illegal Reentry

Felix Pena-Jaquez, a/k/a “Felix Pena,” a/k/a “Felix Antonio Pena,” a/k/a “Carlos Rosario,” 53, of Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about April 24, 2008, Pena-Jaquez, an alien, and native and citizen of the Dominican Republic, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about June 19, 2001.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years .

The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and is being prosecuted by Special Assistant United States Attorney Mark T. Sendek.
