
Information Alleges Unlawfully Entering Military Property
Jeffrey J. Stroman, 39, of Newtown Square, PA, was charged today by Information with one count of unlawfully entering military property, announced United States Attorney Zane D. Memeger. The information alleges that on or about September 6, 2011, Stroman entered the United States Army Reserve Base in Edgemont, Pennsylvania, without the necessary authorization to do so.
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of six months imprisonment, a one-year term of supervised release, a $5,000 fine, and a $10 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams.
