
Indictment Alleges Counterfeiting Conspiracy
Lyndell Westbrook, a/k/a “Lyndell Jackson,” 30, of Philadelphia, was charged in an Indictment, unsealed today, with one count of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute counterfeit United States currency and one count of manufacturing and aiding and abetting the manufacturing of counterfeit United States Currency, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 25 years’ imprisonment, a 3-year period of supervised release, a $500,000 fine, and a $200 special assessment .
The case was investigated by the United States Secret Service and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Mark Dubnoff.
