Brian Wise, 32, of Philadelphia, PA was charged today by Indictment with possession with the intent to distribute over 4000 grams of cocaine, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment.

The case was investigated by the Philadelphia Police Department and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney A. Nicole Phillips.
