Illegal Reentry After Deportation Charged
Derrick Anthony Foster, a/k/a “Arthur George Harrison,” 45, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about July 12, 2011, Foster, an alien, and native and citizen of Jamaica, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States at least once before, on or about July 31, 2007.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of ten years.
The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Pamela Foa.
