Charged With Threats Against A Federal Official

Ruby Marconi, 57, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was charged today by Information with making an interstate threat against a federal official, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 5 years’ imprisonment, a 3- year period of supervised release), a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joel D. Goldstein.
