
Alleged Bank Robber Charged

John Moore, 50, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by indictment with bank robbery, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, a $100 special assessment, and up to 3 years supervised release.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jeanine Linehan.
