Paradise, Pennsylvania Man Charged With Illegal Reentry
Daniel Trevino-Ambrocio, a/k/a “Daniel Trevino,” a/k/a “Ricardo Trevino,” a/k/a “Richard Trevino,” a/k/a “Angel Cordona,” 41, of Paradise, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about October 7, 2012, Trevino-Ambrocio, an alien, and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about January 27, 1999, March 15, 2005, March 22, 2006 and March 24, 2007.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years.
The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Elizabeth F. Abrams.
