Philadelphia Woman Charged With Maintaining A Drug house

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Celestine Leavingston, 33, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with maintaining a drug involved premises, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

If convicted the defendant faces a total maximum sentence of 20 years imprisonment, 3 years of supervised release, a $500,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.

The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Salvatore L. Astolfi and Katayoun Copeland.
