Indictment Charges illegal reentry after deportation
Josue Alexander Rodriguez-Perez, a/k/a “Relman Isaac Fuentes Lopez,” 25, of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about September 4, 2012, Rodriguez-Perez, an alien and native and citizen of Guatemala, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about January 28, 2010.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years.
The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Anita Eve.
