
Pittsburgh Man Sentenced For Distributing Cocaine
PITTSBURGH, Pa. ‑ Acting United States Attorney Robert S. Cessar announced today, July 15, 2010, that Phillip Wuenstel, a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced in federal court in Pittsburgh to 42 months of probation on his conviction of violating federal drug laws.
United States District Judge Terrence F. McVerry imposed the sentence on Phillip Wuenstel, age 34.
According to information presented to the court by Assistant United States Attorney Barbara K. Swartz, on November 13, 2008, Wuenstel distributed and possessed with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.
Mr. Cessar commended the Drug Enforcement Administration for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Phillip Wuenstel.
