
Ellwood City Man Sentenced To 78 Months In Prison For Possessing Child Pornography
PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Acting United States Attorney Robert S. Cessar announced today, March 30, 2010, that Michael Partridge, a resident of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced in federal court in Pittsburgh to 78 months imprisonment followed by lifetime supervised release on his conviction of violating federal child pornography laws.
Senior United States District Judge Maurice B. Cohill imposed the sentence on Partridge, age 34.
According to information presented to the court by Assistant United States Attorney Craig W. Haller, on December 17, 2008, Partridge possessed visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Mr. Cessar commended the Pennsylvania State Police for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Partridge.
