Cessar announced today, May 13, 2010, that William Guerrero, of El Salvador, pleaded guilty and was sentenced in federal court in Pittsburgh to time served followed by one year supervised release.  Guerrero was remanded to the custody of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") after his conviction of violating federal immigration laws.
