Clairton Man Sentenced To Time Served For Participating In Cocaine Distribution Scheme
PITTSBURGH, Pa. ‑ A resident of Clairton, Pa., has been sentenced in federal court to time served (24 months), followed by six years supervised release, on his conviction of violating the federal drug laws, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.
United States District Judge Terrence F. McVerry imposed the sentence on Nathan Rowan, 27.
According to information presented to the court, from in or around October 2007, and continuing until in or around September 2008, in the Western District of Pennsylvania and elsewhere, Rowan conspired with others to distribute and possess with intent to distribute more than 200 grams but less than 300 grams of cocaine.
Assistant United States Attorney Troy Rivetti prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
