PITTSBURGH, Pa. - A resident of Jefferson Hills, Pa., has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of embezzlement and theft of labor union assets, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.

The one-count indictment named Derek David Klingman, 40, as the sole defendant.
