
Erie Man Gets One-Year Prison Term for Crack Cocaine Conspiracy
ERIE, Pa. - A resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced in federal court to twelve months in jail on his conviction of violating federal drug laws, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.
Senior United States District Judge Maurice B. Cohill, Jr. imposed the sentence on Adnan Bico Sehovic, 23.
According to information presented to the court, Sehovic and a co-defendant conspired to possess with intent to distribute and distributed crack cocaine in July 2009.
Assistant United States Attorney Marshall J. Piccinini prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
U.S. Attorney Hickton commended the EAGLE task force, which is comprised of members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Pennsylvania State Police, and the Erie Police Department for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Sehovic.
