Johnstown Man Sentenced To 42 Months In Prison For Conspiring To Distribute Heroin
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - A resident of Johnstown, Pa., has been sentenced in federal court to 42 months in prison and four years supervised release on his conviction of conspiracy to distribute heroin, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.
United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson imposed the sentence on Henry N. Norris, 46.
According to information presented to the court, from April 28, 2009, to March 8, 2010, Norris conspired to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin.
Assistant United States Attorney John J. Valkovci, Jr., prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
U.S. Attorney Hickton commended the Laurel Highlands Resident Agency of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Cambria County Drug Task Force and the Johnstown Police Department for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Norris.
