Life Without Bars: Removing Invisible Barriers to Reentry Conference

PITTSBURGH - United States Attorney David J. Hickton will deliver the Keynote Address at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Reentry Conference on Fri., Sept. 28, 2012, at 12:30 p.m., at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. The Life Without Bars: Removing Invisible Barriers to Reentry Conference, sponsored by the Southwestern Pennsylvania Reentry Coalition (SPARC), examines national, state and local strategies and solutions to effectively reintegrate individuals with criminal backgrounds into area communities. SPARC is a coalition of workforce development, social service and criminal justice agencies committed to serving job seekers with criminal records and linking them to employment opportunities and supportive services.
