| United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that Trudell Smith, Jr., age 20, of Parmelee, South Dakota, appeared before United States District Judge Roberto A. Lange on October 4, 2011, and pled guilty to First Degree Burglary. The maximum penalty upon conviction is 25 years' imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, or both.
