Dupree Man Acquitted on Assault Charges

United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Dupree, South Dakota, man, Joseph B. Bowker, was acquitted on October 24, 2012, of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a result of a two-day federal jury trial in Pierre, South Dakota.
