RICHMOND, Va. –  The court has scheduled a plea hearing for Justin Glynn French, 40, of Richmond, Va., before United States District Judge John A. Gibney, Jr. TODAY, JAN. 24, 2011 at 3:30 P.M.

                Neil H. MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and Ken Cuccinelli, Attorney General of Virginia, will be available for comment immediately following the hearing directly outside the Richmond federal courthouse.
