 Moundsville Resident Sentenced to 12 Months 
      on Firearms Charge
    
WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA — A 24 year old Moundsville, West Virginia, resident was sentenced on August 13, 2009, in United States District Court in Wheeling by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.
United States Attorney Sharon L. Potter announced that ROY CLAYTON CROW wa sentenced to 12 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. CROW entered a plea of guilty on May 26, 2009 to one count of possession of stolen firearms from March 28, 2008, to March 29, 2008, in Triadelphia, West Virginia. CROW, who is free on bond will self-report to the designated Federal institution.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
