 Morgantown Resident Sentenced to 7+ Years
      on “Crack” Cocaine Charge
    
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 37 year old Morgantown, West Virginia, resident was sentenced on August 14, 2009, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.
United States Attorney Sharon L. Potter announced that MARGO VICTOR was sentenced to 87 months imprisonment to be followed by three years supervised release. VICTOR entered a plea of guilty on April 2, 2009, to one count of an Indictment charging VICTOR with aiding and abetting in the distribution of “crack” cocaine on April 23, 2008, in Monongalia County, West Virginia.
VICTOR is in federal custody.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Zelda E. Wesley. The case was investigated by the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
