Martinsburg Resident Enters Plea of Guilty to
Crack Cocaine Distribution
MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 34 year old Martinsburg, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on December 14, 2009, in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Chief Judge John P. Bailey.
Acting United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that: ANGELA SUE HODGE entered a plea of guilty to one count of distribution of crack cocaine on October 4, 2007, in Martinsburg. HODGE, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 20 years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000,000.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Thomas O. Mucklow and was investigated by the Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crime Task Force consisting of officers from the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Martinsburg Police Department, and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department.
