Ohio Man Enters Plea on Firearms Charge
WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA — A 20 year old Bellaire, Ohio, resident entered a plea of guilty on November 19, 2009, in United States District Court in Wheeling before Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.
Acting United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that FOREST WESTLEY NUZUM, II, entered a plea of guilty to one count of possession of a stolen firearm on July 18, 2009, in Wheeling. NUZUM, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
