Ohio Man Sentenced on Firearms Charge
WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA — A 20 year old Bellaire, Ohio, resident was sentenced on January 13, 2010, in United States District Court in Wheeling by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.
Acting United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that FOREST WESTLEY NUZUM II was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment to be followed by two years of supervised release. NUZUM entered a plea of guilty on November 19, 2009, to one count of possession of a stolen firearm on July 18, 2009, in Wheeling, West Virginia. NUZUM was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
