Triadelphia Resident Sentenced
on Child Pornography Charge

WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA - A Triadelphia, West Virginia, resident was sentenced today (June 3, 2010), in United States District Court in Wheeling by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.

United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that: CHRISTOPHER LAMB, age 35, was sentenced to 54 months imprisonment to be followed by 10 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000. LAMB entered a plea of guilty on March 11, 2010, to one count of possession of a computer disk and other material containing images of child pornography on November 5, 2008, in Triadelphia, that had been transported in interstate commerce. LAMB, who is free on bond, will self-report on July 5, 2010.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri and was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the United States Postal Inspection Service.
