Moundsville Resident Sentenced on Firearms Charge
WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA - A 64 year old Moundsville, West Virginia, resident was sentenced today (March 29, 2010) in United States District Court in Wheeling by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.
Acting United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that ROICE LITTLETON was sentenced to three years probation, with the first six months to be served under home detention. LITTLETON entered a plea of guilty on January 7, 2010, to one count of possession of firearms on August 4, 2009, in Middlebourne, West Virginia, after having previously been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri and was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
