Jane Lew Resident Enters Plea of Guilty to Firearms Charge

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A 50 year old Jane Lew, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on November 1, 2010, in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: MICHAEL BOSLEY entered a plea of guilty to one count of being a convicted felon in possession of thirteen firearms, in and affecting commerce, on August 5,2 009, in Jane Lew. BOSLEY, who is free on bond, faces a maximum exposure of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Shawn Angus Morgan and was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives and the West Virginia State Police.
