 Two Individuals Sentenced in Federal Court
    
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — Two individuals were sentenced on December 2, 2011, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that:
URIAH SCOTT CRISLIP, age 37, of Ashtabula, Ohio, was sentenced to 10 months imprisonment to be followed by two years of supervised release and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $505.00. CRISLIP entered a plea of guilty on August 19, 2011, to one count of stealing and converting for his own use two blank postal money order forms on October 25, 2010, in Linn, West Virginia. CRISLIP was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a Federal institution. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner and was investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service.
ZACHARY LIZZIO, age 21, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment to be followed by six years of supervised release. LIZZIO entered a plea of guilty on August 2, 2011, to one count of distribution of cocaine hydrochloride within 1,000 feet of West Virginia University on March 1, 2011. LIZZIO was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a Federal institution. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Zelda E. Wesley and was investigated by the Mon Valley Drug Task Force, consisting of officers from the Morgantown Police Department, the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
